Orders are only processed once full payment has been received. Please ensure all shipping and order details are accurate before finalizing your purchase. Lead times are communicated during the checkout process and may vary depending on the complexity of your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across South Africa. Shipping costs and delivery times are estimated at checkout. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

If other shipping arrangements are made, we will communicate directly with you. Some orders may not go through standard shipping methods and may instead be quoted on a case-by-case basis. Any special arrangements will be discussed and confirmed before dispatch.

5. Privacy & POPIA Compliance

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information collected is handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
