Thank you for shopping with Round & Round Frames. We aim to provide a reliable, transparent, and secure shipping experience. Please read this policy carefully to understand how your orders are handled.
Production and Order Processing Time
All of our frames are individually crafted to your specifications.
Please allow a production timeframe of 2 to 3 weeks before your order is shipped.
Once production is complete, orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or South African public holidays.
Shipping Costs
Courier fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Shipping costs apply to all orders and cover delivery within South Africa.
International customers: Any customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We primarily use Courier Guy for our deliveries.
If other arrangements are made in writing, we will confirm with you directly.
Local delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
International shipping is available upon request — please contact us for more information.
Shipping Liability
We are not responsible for any damage, delay, or loss caused during shipping.
All shipments are sent at your own risk.
To reduce this risk, we offer:
A pick-up option from our studio
Special delivery arrangements by written agreement, arranged before you place your order
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours by emailing roundmail1@gmail.com and include clear photos of the damage and packaging.
We will assist in contacting the courier to resolve the issue and may offer repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the outcome.
For lost shipments, please contact us as soon as possible to start a courier investigation.
While we will assist where we can, Round & Round Frames cannot take responsibility for damage, loss, or delays that occur during shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Custom-made frames or artworks
Items damaged during shipping
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards or promotional vouchers
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
You can track your shipment via the courier’s website or contact us for assistance.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier errors, customs, or incorrect addresses.
If your order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund, subject to additional shipping charges.
