At Round & Round Frames, each order is custom made. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the product is created specifically based on your selection and request, and therefore:
❗ We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

1. Custom-Made Products – No Returns
All of our frames and artworks are hand-assembled or crafted per order, based on your confirmed selection at checkout. Once your order is placed and payment is received, the production process begins.
Because of the custom nature of every product, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason other than a manufacturing defect.
We encourage customers to carefully review their order before confirming it. If you have any questions before placing an order, please contact us — we’re happy to help.
2. Quality Inspection & Defective Items
We take pride in our quality control process. Every product is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our studio.
If you receive an item that is:
Defective due to a manufacturing error, or
Incorrect compared to your confirmed order,
please email us at roundmail1@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your package. Be sure to include clear photos of the item and a description of the issue. If your claim is accepted, we may offer a replacement or partial refund, at our discretion.
3. Shipping Disclaimer
All orders are shipped at the customer’s own risk. Once your parcel has left our hands, we are not responsible for any damage, delay, or loss during transit.
To help reduce shipping-related issues, we offer:
Local pickup options (contact us to arrange this), or
Special delivery arrangements, if agreed on before shipment.
If any alternative shipping methods were agreed upon, we will communicate them with you directly.
4. Final Sale Items & Exclusions
We do not accept returns on:
Custom-made products (all orders)
Items damaged in transit
Sale items or promotional purchases
Gift cards or vouchers
